Rapid Strategy Review

We offer fast, effective and immediate results from a strategy review process. We will facilitate a fast-track process to establish new strategic objectives, an up-to-date scorecard and an action plan.   This can be cascaded within the organisation as a whole or developed for individual teams within it.


Having facilitated strategy reviews for organisations for some years, our preferred and recommended model for this review process is the Balanced Scorecard because of the way it focuses on getting to action.  It is a logical framework now widely used across all sectors.

With this in mind, we have introduced our Rapid Strategy Review programme to guide participants through an assured process aimed at developing an agreed strategy and scorecard that provides direction, focus and commitment to action for the participating organisation.

People Improve Performance (PIP)

Programme that shows managers how to design, introduce and implement a modern an effective performance management system.  It aims to increase both organisational performance and employee satisfaction.
