Knowledge Bank

The Knowledge Bank is a set of online resources designed to support delivery of the Unlocking Leadership programme. In this section, members can access specialised materials are that prepared and maintained by Stellar Leadership in line with changing practices.

The resources available to members include:

  • Articles designed to help our members develop key leadership competencies

  • Facilitation notes designed to help members read up on and engage in discussion on leadership best practice

  • PowerPoint presentations to aid delivery of facilitator-led workshops

  • Vodcasts and podcasts (video and audio presentations) created to aid learning and complement the PowerPoint presentations

The materials available to members also include self-assessment and full surround feedback tools (360 degrees) that will help you and your team to gather feedback on current leadership performance and develop a plan to improve leadership practice.

For example, in this members area you will have access an easy-to-use Unlocking Leadership Development Plan guide, a Team Health Check diagnostic and an Employee Climate Survey.

Members can also benefit from Member Forum that allows for direct consultation with Stellar’s experts. This feature also incorporates a useful Leadership FAQ section that will help leaders to identify and respond to common problems that leaders face.
